Motive Products Power Extractor Vacuum, Durable 2 Gallon Maintenance Tool

I bought this to change diff fluid in my Ram 4wd truck. Figured it would be less mess even if maybe I miss a little fluid at the bottom where it was tough to get the hose. But the extractor has two issues that I ran into. One is that when extracting thick fluid like that in a differential, it takes FOREVER to extract the 3-4 quarts. I think the hose size is a little small and there is a fitting where it goes into the container that appears to be a huge bottleneck. Also, when I pumped the handle I got the container down to 15 inches of vacuum which is what the directions say is the maximum. This caused the container to implode/collapse. This greatly minimizes the capacity of the container. It eventually went back to the original shape but not for days. Initially I thought just pulling the hose out of the fluid and letting all the vacuum bleed off would do it but it had no affect. I even tried pushing on the walls of the container from the inside with a long wood stick to expand it out but it wouldn't budge. I do still like the product. But will just have to deal with these issues going forward.
