Psychological Contract and Employees Performance (Paperback)

It is clear that the relationship that exists between employers and employees can contribute to a better performance of the organization if it is properly handled. In their relationships the employer and the employee sign written contract that may include different terms and conditions of employment. However, written contracts may not include all the expectations of both parties. Thus there is unwritten contract which is implicit between the individual and his/her organization that specifies what the parties expect to give and receive from each other in their relationship. Therefore organizations should understand this type of contract and its impact on employees and over all organizational performance.This study has been conducted to investigate the effect of psychological contract fulfillment on employee performance.
