Great customer service

This is the second set of these chairs we've purchased. The first set came quickly and went together fairly easily. We used the included Allen wrench when starting to put them together but quickly changed to our own power wrench. Arthritic hands and the manual small tools just don't work well together! We did find it easier with a second set of hands. Also, another reviewer suggested sorting all the small pieces out before beginning assembly and that helped us. (We used a muffin baking pan.) We loved the first set, so ordered another. It came quickly as well but had one arm piece for one chair that was damaged apparently during packing. (The box was undamaged when it arrived). We contacted the manufacturer by email at their included address and they were great to deal with. They asked for a photo and double checked which piece was damaged and told us they'd send it right out. That delivery was very fast, included the correct part, and it all went together properly. Excellent chairs, very comfortable and they can rotate easily which makes them more versatile. And they are sturdy without being really heavy so they're easily moved. Very happy with these chairs and our experiences with this company.
