I ordered this mat specifically because it was supposed to come with a manual which was not in the shipment I received. I specifically narrowed it down to this mat as I am new to yoga and thought the manual would be helpful. I have tried to contact the manufacturer through the Walmart website and have not heard back now in 1 week (supposed to hear back within 48 hours). The mat itself is fine - the odor dissipated in about a week with it left open to air. One end still has a little curl to it but am assuming it will flatten out with more use. I will update my review if/when I get the manual. It did come with a carrying strap and bag.
