it's a decent little tablet. i ordered itasa Christmas gift for my granddaughter. we had no problems setting it up or beginning to ise it. the problems began with it not having as much memory as it says. or maybe it does and just can't handle a lot of games. she downloaded about 10 different children's game,anything from just coloring apps to fashion. the apps wouldn't stop freezing. so after restarting the tablet so many times i had to erase about half of the games. and then there were no more problems. so definitely going to get a larger memory SIM card for it for her, as i didn't get one originally. othwr than that, she was very pleased with it!
