broken handles on basket!

I ordered this for 3 grandsons... they looked like pictured with the exception that they had a cheaper smaller bow and all 3 had a different not as cute stuffed puppy dog. :( Also one of the 3 baskets had the handles broken which makes the expensive basket not useable for anything else now. For the price I expect a quality product as pictured. I also ordered 2 of the girls version which did come as pictured.
