Dear sirs, In 1996 I bought a new Chevy S-10 pickup with the Vortec V-6.  Shortly afterwards I purchased a K&N Air Filter and installed it.  The airbox on my truck had NOT been opened since 1996.  Last week, after 131,000 miles I opened the airbox and removed the filter for the first time in TEN years!!  It was pretty nasty on the bottom, but still looked perfect on top.  My truck was/is still getting the exact same mileage as it did when it was new.  Using the Filtercharger kit, I cleaned and re-oiled the filter and put it back in.  I look forward to ten more years of service from this filter, and I assure you I have your products in every motor vehicle that I care about!

Going on third vehicle with same filter. Originally a Isuzu Rodeo and after 175k miles engine blew a head gasket, replaced it with a Isuzu pickup from my with and put another 120k on it. Tranny started slipping and it wasn't 4x4 so got a Blazer. Have almost 250k on Blazer. I might make that million miles. Keep a cleaning kit in truck when I have oil changed so they can clean filter. All is well and gonnna stick with them.
