Key item features

  • This 15-inch x 100-feet thin, pulpy, ultra smooth newsprint roll is favored by artists as they make for great surfaces to lay down sketches, whether one is working with charcoal, pastels, pencils, chalk, crayon or other dry media making this drawing paper the best affordable alternative to higher end artist rolls.
  • Pro Art's 32 pound, 52 grams per square meter newsprint paper has the ultra smooth finish preferred by artists, especially if sketching at top speed or on the go. Smooth finish allows for erasing drawing and markings with minimal smudge marks or damage.
  • Are you environmentally conscious? Pro Art?s newsprint drawing and sketching roll is made in the USA of 100% recycled fibers. It is also fully recyclable making it a great eco-friendly, resource-efficient choice for all your drawing and sketching needs.
  • This newsprint roll 15x100 is a school favorite for drawing with pencil, charcoal, pastels, crayons, and markers. So versatile it is a perfect workable surface for any age or skill level. The continuous roll allows user to easily cut as much or as little as needed.
  • Newsprint is made by processing debarked & chipped softwood trees in a pulp mill. The wood is processed into wood pulp. After diluting the pulp with water, the pulp slurry is processed on a paper machine. As it moves along on a moving wire screen, its water content drains off, the pulp fibers start to adhere by bonding together and the paper starts to take form. The paper then undergoes heavy pressing between rollers to squeeze out all of the water and is dried.

You pay and get nothing.. not nice!!!

I can't tell you since they took my money and never sent me what I ordered. So look for my further reviews on this Leisure Arts company. Maybe they have so many order they can't keep up with them.
