Ordered product to help relax tight calves which was causing achilles tendonitis in both heels. I tried streching, massage gun and rollers but could not properly target whole calf enough to get real relief fast enough. I started using product while relaxing watching TV in evening. I really like the auto calf setting which combines heat, compression, vibration and massage. I run this 4-5 times targeting both upper and lower calf. Positioning for both is super easy. I also like that I have the ability to control the intensity of everything at my fingertips. The remote control is excellent and attachs to unit via a magnet when not in use so it will not get lost. Unit perfectly sized for easy transport to where ever you would like to use it-- chair, sofa or bed. I also like the fact that it has an adjustable stand to it so it can be used flat or allow for leg elevation while in use. You are also able to stand it upright to massage calfs while seated at a desk etc. In addition to the calf massage there is also a foot massage program which I have not yet tried. You also have the ability to do forearm massage as well. Very versatile machine. After 3 days of use thus far my calf muscles are starting to relax more relieving the pressure on my achilles. It truly is like have a personal masseuse. I am extremely pleased thus far with purchase and would highly recommend.
