The Bridgestone Ecopia H/L 422 Plus RFT (NR1) is a touring all season run flat tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This specific tire is marked with NR1 as it is the original equipment of Nissan vehicles.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. Its special all season tire compound and symmetric tread design increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread elements, with the higher number of sipes, firmly grips the road surface in all conditions, while the tire compound keeps its flexible traction throughout the year. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The improved traction and hydroplaning resistance ensure a secure year round performance.
The model was manufactured with the run flat technology. Its stronger internal structure is capable of withstanding the weight of the vehicle and its passengers for a limited period after air pressure loss.
