Colavita Mix Polenta Cornmeal Gluten Free, 16 Oz

This is a wonderful substitute for grits when making Cajun creole shrimp and grits. Follow the directions on the box. I add 2 tbsp of butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream to the boiling potenta while it cooks and in 5 minutes it is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having this Colavita Instant Polenta cornmeal on hand, sometimes our meals need a little extra side dish and this is so easy to make. I wasn't aware of this product before participating in this program, but I'm glad that I am now, I will definitely keep this in stock in our kitchen. The polenta comes out delicious and with a good mouthfeel. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys serving well rounded meals to their loved ones.
