Have a 40-year old Ethan Allen carved 4 poster mahogany rice bed. Became our son's bed and it was jumped on, wrestling moves, etc.. Both rails finally failed. These rails work perfectly. I have a long bedspread skirt, so the color didn't need to be exact, but the espresso is exact. Highly recommend.

I purchased these for my mahogany Duncan Phyfe era bedroom set that was my mothers. One of the side-rail support bars had broken on one. After a couple fixes- it was not repairable. I was so excited when i found these! (I had considered buying a reg bed frame and drilling thru the head and footboard to attach them but REALLY didnt want to ruin my set) I purchased them in cherry and they match perfectly! Exceptional buy!!!

Siderail replacement

the original sideboards on the bed actually broke off the small mattress support board on the rail. When these came in they are acutally thicker than the original and they fit perfect with the bed. I would recommend to all.
