No screws in the furniture box

1. I opened the furniture box. It does not have any screws or tools to assemble the furniture. 2. My Walmart %26 Fedex profile states my packages delivered to my door. Yet Fedex does not deliver and neither Walmart nor Fedex does anything about it. Filed multiple support tickets with both companies. Heavy furniture boxes are thrown in the mailing room of my leasing office, half a mile away from my residence.
