Unsafe and horrible customer service

Do not purchase this product. I bought this and put it together and it is very unsafe. It has a lot of wiggle, and any slight movement shakes it. I tried to return and they would not because it had been put together. I spoke to multiple people, and explained there is no way to tell if it is safe without assembling the product, they still would not allow returns.
