Best thing to happen to my diet...

These are the BEST. 100% Whole Grain crispy and only 20 calories each. And they are large...not like the small rice cakes. I put PB&J on one and can eat my calories in protein and mono-unsaturated (good) fat, instead of starchy carbs that I'd get in bread, bagel, or English Muffin.
