Just what I was looking for!

This DVD has two workouts. One is just over an hour and the second is around 30 mins. The hour workout is sectioned rather oddly, but still gives me what I want. The 30 min workout is pretty cool though. Both workouts on this DVD are full aerobic workouts.

the worst video

This video is nothing like the others, if this would have been the first one I would have ever watched I would have never got into leslie's walk videos. I really like her other video's. this one she does at home you really cannot see the way she does her exercises also the dvd skips. It is nothing like leslie's video's from 2001 and on.
