Useful information but very boring

Overall this dvd has some very useful information such as how to do the movements correct with with hurting yourself. The background was very relaxing and the music is very peaceful. The instructor gives great cues on when to breathe. This dvd was so boring I had to stop it, because I was putting me to sleep. This wasn't what I was looking for.
