5 Day Fit Pilates (DVD)

As a beginner to pilates, this DVD is challenging for me. I started with Ana Caban's Quickstart for Weight Loss Pilates, which became too easy for me. I am a fan of Ana Caban, and she has four workouts on this DVD. I did not like the one workout from the other woman. One of the workouts is a short, 12 minute pilates explanation, so there are really only three workouts that I do regularly on the DVD, which is still a good value for the money. It gives me variety, since I do pilates three days a week.

This DVD is a great option when you want to try a few different things with different difficulty levels. I found the into section easy-moderate but could barely keep up with the more difficult moves in the cardio session. I love that there are plenty of options in one DVD
