At one stage in my life my hair would not grow or it was so slow I couldn't tell a difference. Since taking biotin my hair has grown long again and my nails have been growing. It is doing what I purchased it for. I like this company since none of their ingredients come from China. I feel a lot more comfortable knowing this.
