I usually drink 3 protein shakes a day. I started getting joint pain which I have never had a problem with before. I was drinking the protein with the artificial sweetener. I switched the this product and my joint pain went away. This product is not a delicious as some of the other proteins I had, but with fruit and honey mixed in, it tastes good.
