Emerson ED-8000 DVD Player with HD Upconversion, Black

All it takes is a press of a button; meaning, I needn't leave my chair and keep pressing the buttons and go all the way up to the machine pointing the remote right at the machine. It obeys commands. It does what it is suppose to do. The picture quality is superb, even with old movies, which we love. All movies, whether DVD or on thumb drives. We are so thankful! We are so pleased!! It was easy to hook up, easy to use, works great with our Roku TV. We are a very simple people and our home is now much of our life so we just as that everything work the way it is suppose to. We are not heavy into technology, so the less we have to do, the more we like it; give us a button to push and please work! Thank you for a great product! (Tried to take a good picture, would have turned the TV on above it, but it would have just looked even darker - it's nice and compact sitting underneath it next to the empty candy dish).
