works well but not for the long haul.
The machine worked well for a couple of years. Last time we tried to use it, liquid ran out of the clean water tank onto the floor as soon as the tank was placed on the machine. The trigger valve inside the machine had gone bad and when we called hoover, we found out that that part was not available for a machine that was only a bout 2 1/2 years old. The commercial machines only have a 1 year warrantee. Nor are the seals readily available in a hardware store. The hoover rep recommended replacing it with a noncommercial machine as they have a 2 year warrantee.
