Discovering the life issues that trauma, discord, and betrayals may cause is a major factor to resolving them. Low self-esteem and rejection issues are bound-up in the heart as I discovered during a mid-life crisis. Finding help and successfully resolving matters of the heart is key to personal growth and prosperity. Sharing my journey out of the abyss into abounding and lasting strength and peace is my quest, in hopes that some may be helped in discovering their own freedom. In South Louisiana Cajun country, raising rice in post war days, respect, honesty and hard work prevailed, when trusting God and country were core values. Receiving an architectural degree and moving to the big city of Dallas brought great hope and excitement for the good life, and an architectural career as corporate projects were abounding. A sudden life interruption delivered severe motivation adjustments and a desire to know more about spiritual influences and introspection issues. My pursuits of stability included helping in local Christian ministry activities and starting a Christian academy, K -12. Ministry and higher-level Christian university biblical education followed. Now pastoring 39 years, my miracle wife and I are Certified Clinical Pastoral Counselors (NCCA/SACC), with a master's degree in Christian Counseling. Adding a doctoral degree in Theology brought a new sense of responsibility and guidance. Fun things to do are cooking, gardening, touring, and enjoying life.
