Poor quality

The first rug I received had a defective stitch, that looked like a backwards stitch/snag down the vertical middle of the entire rug. After the hassle of rolling it back up, wrapping it in plastic and taking to a FedEx drop off, I received a replacement a few days later. The 2nd rug ALSO has a weird, large defective 'snag' in the middle. See 2nd picture. I would not recommend this rug.
