Disappointed
I received the dog carrier today and returned it right away. It said medium size for a dog, but the carrier looked more like a small. Even the guest service person at Wal-Mart said it looked small for a dog. My dog is 9 pounds. The carrier looked flimsy and not sturdy enough to hold my dog. Also, item was not well wrapped. Shipping box was open.
