Good product, wrong one sent?

I ordered the model which shows the knob at the bottom to swivel the base, as shown in the picture of my order. However, upon receiving my order today, it has only a bolt on the bottom, no knob to swivel and remove the top from the base. I live in Canada, I had this delivered to the border, which is a 30 minute drive from my home and did not look at the item until I returned home. I am not sure if the model has changed or if the wrong one was shipped to me. It is not worth it for me to drive back across the border in order to return/exchange the item. I like the product but I wanted the ease of removing the top part from the base and swiveling the top.
