What a wonderful collection of the Original Godzilla, Yes, some are serious, and a lot are hokey, but that is the fun of watching the movies. These are Criterion made. so they rescanned the prints. These are crisp picture and sound. The only thing, most of them do not have the English dubs, but I have found the movies subtitled are better than I remember with the English dubs

It's really nice havig all the Showa era Godzilla films in one place. Criterion always put out the best products. You know the picture and sound will be top quality. I liked how big the packaging was too, I was expecting something much smaller. It's nice to see the king of monsters get the treatment these movies deserve.
