this program for me is way hard to figure out, don't seem to have the help file i hoped it would have. i like the program, but you may spend days, weeks, months and years finding all the things it does and exactly how to do them

It would no finish downloading

I finally received the download with my key via email but it would not finish downloading on my new HP computer, Windows 8.1. At 33% into the download the Photoshop 12 software would pause and not start up again. Also, I could never get any tech support. I'm out $106 over this and learned a big lesson. I could never recommend Walmart for online orders, especially when the product is emailed from a third party. I will still shop at the Walmart stores but I am done with the online options.
