Great price for a great comforter

I was reluctant to buy based on some of the reviews saying that it had a bad smell. When it arrived and I opened the package and it did have a unpleasant odor. I then took it and put it on the back screened in porch and left it air out for a couple of hours. Really glad that I did because I after a couple of hours outside the smell totally left. It is a great comforter and it is everything that I was looking for. It fits the bed well, very soft and the color is perfect. I'm glad that I took the chance and ordered it. It is a good comforter set, especially for the price.

Not just any machine can wash it

1st off, I read other reviews & saw pics where people claimed theirs was defective. I can assure you that those folks most likely washed theirs in a front loader machine !! This thing is massive and I seriously doubt a home owners front loader machine is made that will hold it without it pressing against the glass & ultimately getting nasty from the front loader seal or getting caught between the gasket & drum. This is a great quality comforter that is machine washable but not just any machine can do it. Please do yourself a favor and inspect it PRIOR to washing !! I would give this 6 stars if I could.

Upgrade The Bedroom

I am amazed at how much I enjoy the feel of this Comforter. It has brightened up my bedroom with its light color and is surprisingly soft and silky like you find in the finest hotels. I didn't appreciate the two-sides of the comforter until I spread it over the bed and found the beautiful stripes on one side and pastel designs on the reverse. The comforter is wonderfully light and practically floated in the air but it's also surprisingly warm with a light and delicate touch.
