Manufacturer's Warranty Surya stands behind their rugs and never intentionally ships or sells defective merchandise. Your Surya rug should arrive to you completely free of defects. If the carrier who delivers it to you has damaged your rug, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. Please also note any damage on the bill of lading. If you notice shipping damage after receiving the order, or are unhappy with your rug for any other reason, contact us immediately. Surya has a thorough return policy that covers just about every circumstance. The bottom line is this: you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
