Useful design but not very well executed
The wall cleaner/mop/duster is a design that would be much better made of better materials and not hamstrung by poor velcro style fastening that isn't solidly attached to the head of the unit. I deducted 1 star because the example I received was obviously a returned product as 3 of the 6 pads were dirty as were the parts of the handles and nothing was enclosed in any kind of plastic nor was any documentation of any kind in the box. The gray mop/dusting cover does a good job of pushing the dust/dirt around but fails to pick anything up. The microfiber covers work well to pick up dirt and does an okay job when wet at cleaning walls and ceilings. But only for surface stuff. I ordered this unit to help me clean ceilings and walls and it does a fair job at this task. Getting into tight places is a plus as the head rotates and can assume multiple angles in use making it easy to get into corners and even under low furniture or cabinetry. It's still a bit too broad to fit into tighter spaces like around mirrors and behind the toilet tank but otherwise works ok. If all you need is something light weight to clean walls and ceilings, this will do. The poles that make up the handle are sturdy enough but they do bend under pressure. Light housekeeping is really what this product is meant for and it works well at that. Heavy jobs, forget about it.
