Not OEM. Cheap imitation and defective.

This was the second part that I ordered. The cable on the first part was too short to be assembled. The capstan housing would not reach the mounting holes on the rail. I returned the part and reordered. The next part I received was not an OEM part as described. This was obvious since it was made in China instead of US or Mexico. Also, there were no markings cast into the capstan housing. The cable on this one was even shorter than the first one. It had been installed somewhere previously based on the dirt present. I suspect it was returned due to the cable length defect. I'll be returning this second one as well.
