I feel scammed by Walmart

I did not receive item even though it says delivered and contacted customer service only to be told to dispute it with my bank because it showed delivered even though I was home all day long on the delivery date. No information on the carrier or any pictures of the delivery either. I have a feeling the carrier delivery driver either delivered it to another address or stole the item pretending to have had to deliver the package.
