Great to have with you for on the go.
They are as cold as ice packs from the freezer. I place ice packs on my skin and the edges are sharp/uncomfortable for that. Otherwise they are great!

Trash!
If I can give this 0 I would. None of the packs worked because they were already crushed. I tried two of them and they did not work and as I went through the box I realized they had already been “used”. I didn't open right away and when I tried to return on wamart.com it said To return to store and when I went to the store they said I could not return that I had to go direct to seller. So now I'm stuck with a bunch of trash! What a rip off!
