Before I purchased it, I read most of the reviews and, honestly, was hesitant. Results, it was a pleasant experience since my watch arrived timely works perfectly after one week and, if a truck ran over it, I have not detected one scratch on it. Suggestion: Walmart has demonstrated me to provide an excellent customer service, punctual delivery and been on my side with decisions I made in other occasion that I requested a refund for another item, so don't panic and take the chance to purchase an used product that, for example, I was not able to buy brand new.

I was almost scared away by the seller reviews.

I lost my watch and a new one was certainly not in my budget. I noticed this watch was a lot cheaper than any of the other refurbished watches, so I decided to take a gamble on it even though the company has awful reviews. Who knows, maybe it would have been awful dealing with the company, but my watch was fine and there was no need to contact them. The watch came in two days, and other than light scratches on the screen (which I would consider normal wear and tear) there is no damage to the watch.
