well made…excellent customer service

Received the TopSpin Solution in a timely manner but noticed the screw head that attaches the arm was broken. Notified customer support and they immediately sent a whole replacement unit when I was expecting just the screw head. Haven't actually tried the unit yet, But the product appears to be is well made and very sturdy. I doRead more about review stating Well made .. excellent customer service appreciate the customer service and expect the product to be useful.
