Great quality, easy to set up, good customer service!

These shades are definitely worth more than what they are sold for. Extremely easy to install and to set up. They are made custom to the size you order. Their customer service is very responsive and will go as far as send a new set if the current one is not working. You do have to buy a connection hub with IR and RF capabilities so you can use Alexa, but it's very simple to set up as well. We are very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend it.

Ordered twice, excellent quality, easy to install

We ordered one rather long motorized blind to fit over our sliding doors to the patio so we could keep our parrot warm over the winter but be able to open and close easily with out scaring him. It is perfect. he doesn't mind the sound and it is slow moving, so it doesn't bother him. We didn't get the blackout on that one as it is in the breakfast room and we wanted some daylight. The remote control is perfect and we loved it so much that we ordered more shades for the front study and dining room. Those we got for privacy, but we also chose the honeycomb accordion model (Yoolax Smart Motorized Cellular Shade Works with Alexa, Blackout Automatic Honeycomb Window Blinds Customized Size, Cordless Single Cell Power Blinds) to keep it warmer in the winter, also with remote control. We love the fact that you can use one remote control for both blinds. It was just slightly more expensive than a quote we got for non-motorized blinds but with installation. We love the colors although we did not get the swatch.We had read the reviews, and so we were careful to be very accurate in our dimensions, extra requirements etc. Instructions for ordering were very straightforward, as were the installation instructions. An email was received with all the order details asking for confirmation, giving us an opportunity to change anything.We will absolutely order again from Yoolax. Very satisfied.

Was exactly what we needed

Checkout has a bunch of customization options. We were able to get exactly what we needed. And they even sent a final confirmation message after the purchase before they started getting it ready. This allowed us to noticed we forgot to add some inches to the sides, which we told em and they adjusted for us. I forgot to add the smart bridge option (if there was one, didn't notice at the time). But after getting one, the shades work so nicely. It's a tiny bit loud for its size. But good speed when set to max and no light gets through them. Only see the light on the sides, but we didn't order the sunblockers that fix that. still happy with everything. We'll be ordering more honeycomb style shades from Yoolax again, thank you!
