Nice Looking And Useful...
There are a number of things I like about this outdoor lantern from hyper tough. First of all, not only is it is nice looking, it is very useful for your entryway or just darker sides of your home. It has a motion sensor and is very easy to set up. The top part of the light turns slightly to expose the on-off switch and the bulb. It is recommended to expose the solar panels at the top of the light to direct sunlight for 8 hours for 3 days to fully charge the battery. The motion sensor is also at the top of the light and while I'm not sure of the range at our home, it seems to work very well. Also included with this solar light is the mount and the mounting hardware. The easy to follow instructions tell you just how to mount the lantern either to a wall or a post, the charging recommendations and also troubleshooting if you do have a problem. It has been nice brightness to it considering it's only a 40 watt bulb. It has a wide 120 degree detection angle and a distance of 20 feet. So, mount it, charge it and you're good to go. I like the hyper tough name and I like this lantern. Seems very well made, it's very attractive and it works well. I highly recommend, and if you need an area around your home brighten up, try one for yourself...
Looks Great On Our Patio
The hardest part of installing the wall lantern was I couldn't decide where to put it. The lantern is so decorative it adds a rich look to where ever you install it The Lantern comes with all the hardware you will need and a template to get the proper installation of the light. Hubby decided to put it on a post on the patio for lighting around the patio table, it worked out great just enough lighting which is equivalent to a 40 watt bulb. It also has a motion detector that increases the brightness of the light { from 50 to 500 lumens} the motion sensor has a field of 20 feet at an angle of 120 degrees. It comes with a Lithium-ion battery which will give you 18 years of service using the lantern for 8 hours a day. The Hyper Tough Wall Lantern solar powered light has a two year warranty. Like I said at the beginning of this review the hardest part of installing the light is where you should put it. The solution is.. buy two.
Motion sensor solar light
This is easy to install, no wires. Comes with the screws and anchors. We got it put up in less than 20 mins on our house. It comes on at dusk, goes off at dawn with a soft glow. At night when the light is on the soft glow, it will get brighter with motion detected. Works great and we love it. Great product, will recommend.
