Mysterious and intriguing family friendly movie

A mix of unique characters and superb acting in an isolated village creates interest from the beginning of this movie. You are drawn in through their interactions and small hints of a more complex plot, until the pieces come together leaving you satisfied as having completed a puzzle. Great movie for kids aged 12 and older who want to see something a little scary, yet mom and dad will enjoy it too without cringing at the guts and gore some scary movies portray.

wow this was an amazing movie! i laughed i cried ivy almost died! it was very good! if you want a movie that is scary but also has a good meaning then give "the village" a try! ps(if you want a good laugh then watch this and then invite your closest friend over and creep them out in the scary parts! its fun trust me i know!)
