HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Please DO NOT purchase any item from this seller. The sideboard is marketed on Walmart as “return to store, yes”. However, minutes after receiving the sideboard I've made several attempts to return the item, first to a Walmart store near me and was told it cannot be returned to the store. I was told by the Walmart store worker to contact the online customer service to confirm the store location to return this item. The online representative emailed me a QR code to return the item via FedEx, which I did, however FedEx would only accept the smaller box and asked to contact Walmart for another return label to have the heavier box picked up at my home. Lord God almighty, I've made several attempts first, via phone for almost 1 hour, several emails and still no recourse. I've asked each person for guidance in returning the larger box, still no clear answer. Please please run run! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER or any third party on Walmart. Unfortunately, this is now escalated to the BBB and I'm filling a consumer complaint for these deceptive marketing practices. If there was an option to rate this a triple zero star, I definitely would!
