Works for me.
Purchased this item after reading a review on the Authority Nutrition blog. Have been using for about 3 months and just purchased more. This has proven to be a great combination for me. Has made a significant improvement in my health and I have lost weight perhaps because I now eat a very light Dinner of mainly Salad and a Protein (not red meat) with nothing after. At Lunch I have what I want in moderation and also for afternoon snacks, even Dark Chocolate, Nuts etc.. II choose this product because of the vegetarian capsule.

Curcumin & Berberine
My new favorite! If you are an aging senior and you haven't heard about berberine then maybe it's time for some research. Dr.Julian Whitaker (search the web) wrote a decent overview about its health benefits.
