Blue Pure 311i Max: Advanced Air Purifier with Particle and Odor Removal (New Open Original Box)

Bought a 211 and used it for 2 weeks in my bedroom. Loved it so much I bought 2 x 311 for my kids room and 1for my audio equipment closet. In the equipment closet, it serves as a quiet cooling fan and filters all the dust that invariably builds up on stereo equipment.

I have a 411i Max already so I purchased this as a second unit. These are such great machines, especially if you have dogs and/or live in a dusty environment. The air quality monitor is no joke, if a single puff of smoke is released into the room, you hear it kick onto high (mine are set to Auto) within seconds, then it quickly quiets back down once the air is clean. These are my first air purifiers and they have made a noticeable (others have commented on how much less 'doggy' my place smells) difference. Even the outside mesh gets visibly dirty and needs to be cleaned a few times in between filter changes, so I take the machines outside and take the outside mesh off and shake the dust out about every 3 months. This isn't a knock at all, it just shows how well they are working. The main filters last a really long time as well, about 9 months for me. I have a 1000sq ft 2-story home, with just one upstairs and one downstairs, I leave them on auto and only really even notice or hear them when I've had a puff inside and they kick on in the room I'm in.
