A Perfect Flavor!

This is my favorite gourmet ice cream. It is so unique, so it is my go to flavor when I'm bored with the chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream paradigm. The clear rum flavor is decadent and the raisin combines to produce better tastes than so many ultra sweet ice cream indulgences. There is a beauty in Haagen Dazs's simplicity in this ice cream's flavor profile. They didn't try throwing everything including the kitchen sink into the mix and just hope something would pop out that customers would like. Instead, They carefully combined the time-honored classical pairing of rum and raisins with rich ice cream to improve on a flavor that was already perfect. This is worth a try to make sure you are not missing out on something wonderful.

Worth every penny

I love raisins and I also love Haagen Dazs. Its a bit more than the other ice cream brands, but the slightly higher cost is worth it for the quality. So smooth, the rum raisin is not over powering but compliments the creamy rich vanilla ice-cream to make for a delicious treat any time of year.

This ice cream is delicious. The only comment I have is in that it does have rum, it should have a comment that it is not recommended for children. It does have a small alcohol content. I looked it up on line asking if it had alcohol. It said "yes" and that it is not recommended for children or for people whose health might not tolerate the alcohol.
