Excellent customer service – the suction cup on my Encased became gluey and failed to keep suction on the glass and /or keep Encased phone holder affixed to windshield – I emailed Encased with receipt of purchase in 2021 and pics of the failed suction cup and I was prompted contacted , via email, and informed my brand new Encased phone holder – same product , was being shipped to me at no charge!! No shipping cost either! I received the new one in the mail- and noticed upgraded features – made a little different – and actually improved over the years – THANKS ENCASED!!

Great build quality, works great! I didn't realize it wasn't a suction cup when I bought it so that's on me but I'd prefer if there was a new/alternate version with a suction cup that has a twist lock to make it easier to remove and attach to another windshield.
