Return Process

Returning seems simple. I scheduled a pickup and they were prompt. That was 10 days ago and the return has yet to process even in my orders. There is nowhere to write for help or status. Please advise! (Loved it, just wanted bigger version so exchanging)

Fabulous!!!

Like many have posted I was hesitant to make a large purchase like furniture online. However, I am so in love with my new living room furniture. It was delivered right to my living room. All I had to do was screw on the legs. I bought two couches and a and I love them. They are gorgeous!! They are firmer than I am use to but very comfortable to lounge on while watching TV. I would buy again and am very pleased with my purchase.
