Water Softener

This is the 2nd review I have given - apparently the first one wasn't accepted because it wasn't favorable - the item had to be returned because like a few other replies on here - it arrived broken - it's not easy to wrap them back up and return to the store - I blame it on the shipper (FedEx)

Arrived damaged , called service rep and was told broken part would be shipped. After further examination found more damage so I returned unit. Replacement part came a week later.
