Make AIP a lil easier

I had to switch to an autoimmune protocol diet but after awhile you start to miss some foods. Tigernuts are allowed and using this flour I was able to make recipes AIP allowed (like tigernut butter) to replace old recipes. This flour is a bit gritty compared to normal flour. Overall, a good price %26 product.

A good flour, and good service from Walmart.

It came pretty quick . I had not used this flour before. It's actually very good. It mixed in well. I'm glad I could buy a smaller amount of it as well. I was very pleased. I would buy again.
