I love espresso, especially cappuccino, but never order it out, because usually it is bitter. This was well reviewed, and I was a little skeptical as it was pre-ground; However, it tamped beautifully in the portafilter, and actually was not so finely ground that it clogs all up, and it had a rich, clean taste that had no bitterness and made a wonderful espresso!! I made a capuccino with it, and it was heavenly. So glad I decided to try it.
