Limoncello, which is sometimes spelled lemoncello, is an Italian lemon flavored liqueur. It has become very popular in the United States as an after dinner drink and mixer. Our Limoncello Type, Natural & Artificial (Contains < 0.10% Artificial Top Note) captures the flavor of this popular alcoholic beverage. This extract can be used in beer, cider, wine and spirits. Clear and almost colorless it will not discolor spirits. We recommend a starting use level in most alcoholic beverages of 0.20% to 0.60%.
