'DEFECTIVE' - Skip This!!

I have been purchasing and wearing 'Toe Warmer Boots' since 2005 (14 years), this was my third pair of boots. However, the quality of this particular pair of boots was VERY BAD. Poor Fit {even painful] - Visible Defects on close inspection - Inaccurate Return Policy [via Walmart website] - 'SHOES.COM' requires a Restock Fee, etc...for their "Seconds/Flawed Merchandise" (should Read 'DEFECTIVE' in the Description BEFORE Purchase). They gave me 'the boot' with their botch - wondering whether I should return with a reduced refund or just wear them as is??? :o(
